Toronto moisture testing and instruments was created by well known industry instructor and advocate Lee Senter.
Lee has taught thousands of students in the cleaning and restoration industry and is the current president of the Canadian Flooring Cleaning Restoration Association(CFCRA).
The CFCRA is a share holder of the IICRC and Lee holds one of the votes of the share holders at the IICRC. 

 With an influx of new flooring style that all seem to be some sort of vinyl or wood the ability for concrete to dry underneath these floors is very limited and sometimes impossible.
Even worse most people installing floors or performing water damage restoration services don't even own a concrete moisture meter to assess concrete substrates.
The purpose of our company is to provide education,training,sales and support of moisture meters.
